I ordered a two piece product from their website which I only received one piece (Rover Bench and Shelf). I called to confirm the second piece was coming and received confirmation that it was. Three days later it still hadn’t come I call again and all of a sudden the website had changed and now the two pieces are charged separately. The cost is now $90 more for the second piece!

I have had too many problems with them to name so I'll just say STAY AWAY! This is the most disorganized, unprofessional, and crooked company that I have ever dealt with, my seven month relationship with them has been nothing short of a nightmare!

They gave me $1000.00 credit line every time you want to buy something they put a hard inquiry on your T U.if you want 10 items you get ten hits on your T U.Witch is 2 to 3 points every inquiry on your FICO score.Witch i have a Lock on my T U Good thing.Stay away..

This company I have never bought anything from and some how they keep showing up on my credit report.The person has the same first name different last name.By the last name of James.It like harassment I have go court to get remove off my account.My name sound nothing a like they don't have my social security number.dont deserve 1 star

You sent me a ordering magazine and said I was guaranteed a $400 buy now pay later bull$#*! but even though I just wanted to get my fiancé Robert Hager a wallet i people say now that I can't order over some issue u found lol so why bother me in the 1st place...?

Extremely overpriced they sell junk items avoid this catalog company they are a joke!!!!!!!!

I paid off my account with Montgomery ward, when all of a sudden there was a bill from an account that is not ours. I contacted them, disputed that account, had several conversations, and every time I turn around they lie again saying I acknowledged the debt, and put down my right for dispute. I pay my own bills, but I will not pay something that I did not create, did not order, and therefore did not receive. Their customer service is absolutely scandalous. And while I am disputing this fake account, they froze all the credit that I had on my legitimate one. So let them keep it, Montgomery Ward is not the only company in this country

This is Vicki,I have,ordered several items from this company, everything I have ordered, did not last for 1 year, I recommend that no one order from this company, All. Items are cheaply made.

Ordered a bath rug set which came with 2 rugs and a toilet rug. What I received was unacceptable!!! The rug for the toilet and the larger rug was clearly used. The smaller one looked brand new but the other two were definitely not. The fibers were worn and looked frayed along with looking like they had been washed. I would have maybe thought it was my eyes or from shipping but then my cats went crazy sniffing it like they were smelling unfamiliar smells. They only did it to the two rugs that looked used. I called and they claim they are going to make it right. Still unacceptable in my books. You don't ship out used merchandise for a new price. They thought they were gonna get away with it I'm sure. Most likely won't buy from them again...VERY UNHAPPY!!

Montgomery Ward gave me a $1425 credit limit. Today I tried to order, and they said my Wards Credit has expired. Expired? I don’t have an expiration date. Well, not everyone’s credit expires. What the heck are they saying? Then she tells me they don’t tell their customers there’s an expiration date. Do not use this Company. Worst customer service ever. They couldn’t even explain to me why. I’ve had exceptional payment history with them for over 2 years.

Credit Department
Spoke with a someone in the Credit Department. I had questions regarding my account and he was rude. Customer Service is so important when running a business. I asked him about a program they may have regarding the pandemic. He was so rude and disconnected from humanity. I am so disappointed in his demeanor. I am discontinuing my membership.

With years of purchasing for Wards and not missing any payments they haven't shipped my order I placed the begining of December still showing not shipped. Can't get an answer.
I wonder if they changed management.
